1. How to place an ad?

    Select "Place Your Ad" link on the top right in the home page.   A list of membership is dispayed.  For Example, if you are a tenant,

    select the Free Basic Member "Place Ad Here"  to place your ads. You will  need to register in order to post.

     1.  Key in the title.

     2.  Leave the keywords field empty and meta description empty.

     3.  Select the category of the ads.   Click " add category" to assign your company to the business category it is in.

     4.  For ,  Enter the address.      xx xxx xxx   Singapore ( zip code).

     5.  Click on "Generate on map" to show your house on the map.  You can scoll/ double click to zoom in to the location of  the house.

     6.  Key in the rest of the infomation.  Only fields that are (*) are compulsory.

     7.  Click "Create Listing".  The record will be created.  

     8.  Add images by clicking "Listing Images".

     9.  Add Videos by clicking "Listing Videos"

    10. Add Files by clicking "Listing Attached Files"   

    11. The posted ads will be reviewed by the administrator before posting within 24hrs.

2.  Will the ads be posted immdediately?

     The posted ads (free membership) will be reviewed by the administrator within 24 hrs.  

     However, Paid member ads will be reviewed and display within 4 -6hrs.  .

3. What are the differences between Premium Membership and Free Membership?

     Premium Membership:

     1. Your Ads will be featured in the top listing. It will be bold and background highlighted.  It will have a verified sign inserted by administrator in the listing. 

     2. User can list the phone, email and contact number in the listing. 

     3. Approval of posting in 4-6 hrs.

     4. Can post up to 6 photos,up to 6 categories and up to 3 locations

    Free Membership

     1.  Approval of posting within 24-48 hrs.

     2.  Some Free Membership can post up to 1 photos.

4. What is the maximum no of ads  can I post?

    For the premium membership, 1 advertisement per payment.

    For the free membership, 10 ads or more are allowed. 

 5.  Must I complete all the fields in the posting?

      No.  Only those with (*) are compulsory fields that need to be fill in. 

6.  The location does not appear on the google map?

     You have to select a category to your ads and then click on generate on map after populating the address. 

     If not sure just leave the address in the additional information field for the administrator to help you out.
